About

The Impact Table is a community dedicated to connecting and supporting women mission-driven leaders

wherever you are in your leadership journey.

The Impact Table was born out of a simple belief: that women need a space to connect, learn, and grow together so that we can claim our full leadership potential and maximize our impact. Too often, women in social impact feel isolated alone and under-resourced.

The Impact Table is a multigenerational, intersectional community designed for established and emerging women leaders in Nonprofit, CSR, or ESG roles or B-corp or tech for good organizations.

We support the leaders who support our communities. Because, supported leaders and more diverse tables create more impactful organizations, healthier families and thriving communities that build a better world.

HI, I'M MARSSIE, CREATOR OF THE IMPACT TABLE. I'M ON A MISSION TO CONNECT, SUPPORT, AND ELEVATE WOMEN IN THE SOCIAL GOOD SPACE.

The Impact Table was born out of a simple belief: that women need a space to connect, learn, and grow together so that we can claim our full leadership potential and maximize our impact. Too often, women in social impact feel isolated alone and under-resourced.

I believe the best thing about being alive is our ability to leave this world better than we found it. The only thing better is to do so alongside other human beings who live with the same ideal, who light us up, and who elevate us to be the best versions of ourselves.

My wish for you is that by taking a seat at the Impact Table you become ready to step even more fully into your own unique leadership expression.
